i actually had my first brazillian done about a month ago, and am going back for the second one today.

I was so nervous at first, but the woman that I went to made me so comfortable. And you just have to remember, yours is not the first nor the last brazillian they have done, so they have seen "the area" before.

Is it painful? Sure, but I was expecting a lot more pain that I felt. I think I was just so obsessed with the fact that I was letting another woman seeing me naked and ripping hair off, that I didn't notice what she was doing.

But, I was hair free for over a month, which was fabulous! So I say go for it, and just find a place that you trust with a good reputation and you will be fine. If I can do it, anyone can! Trust me.

Elizabeth - A lot of people enlist others to help with waxing because they can do it more easily since they don't feel it. If you're going to have your husband help, be sure he understands how to do the procedure properly so it can be smooth and as pain-free as possible.

Thanks this helped... I've tried the shaving method and hate it but the waxing sounds better. Just wondering if you have someone you trust (like you your husband) to pull the cotton off of you then would it be okay to do in your home?
