Thanks for the tip, Mishri!
-- Contributed by: Mayntzthe best thread to use is 100% cotton and not too thick.
-- Contributed by: mishriJyoti - If you know how to thread your brows, that instruction should have included a discussion of the best types of thread to use (there are several, depending on the thickness and texture of your brows). I'd suggest consulting with an experienced threader for a proper assessment of what you ought to use, and they may have supplies you can purchase as well.
-- Contributed by: MayntzI like my eyebrows threaded, but can you please suggest what kind of thread I can use. I do know how to thread, but do not know what kind of thread to use.
-- Contributed by: JyotiI was introduced to threading about 4 years ago by a fellow classmate. Her eyebrows were stunning and I asked who did them, she told me, I went and the rest is history.
Threading is definitely superior to other methods. At first it does hurt and like the other contributor stated, my eyes teared up to.
-- Contributed by: Shellim 16 and i started getting my eyebrows threaded in my mid 15 and they're amazing. one time i wasnt able to go to the salon for so many months that i would do my own threading at home but sometimes i mess it up. so i went back to my salon near my house and got it fixed. she was like i cant really get rid of the stubble you have to let it grow for 2 weeks. i came back after 2 weeks and i got them done again and now they're perfect! they usually last up to 2-3 weeks and i dont get breakouts with them. the first time i got them done though my eyes were so teary because they hurt like hell. i guess i just got really used to it and now they dont hurt at all! i love threading! such great results. u can even do threading for above ur lip. unlike waxing u have to let them grow for a certain period of time because waxing doesnt get rid of really short hairs. threading does.
-- Contributed by: ceebayI do my own threading at home and the results are wonderful. My eyebrows are straight and there are no tiny hairs left around at the end. I haven't had it done proffessionally yet, but the at-home results are impressive. Definitely try threaded eyebrows.
-- Contributed by: anonymousfirst iwant 2 be more beatiful so i remove my eye brow with the used of poller i started when i was first year until i college i just want to asked question if it can cause blindness? beacused i fell that my eyes is something wrong i see blurred. i hope that u will answer my question.
-- Contributed by: nalyn belaganI had my eyebrows threaded at Gurnee Mills Mall. The first time it was beautiful. I can say I was quite pleased with the results. It also lasted more longer than waxing. But I just went for the second time and it was a new person, who did not know what she was doing. I can truly say I was very upset with her. I asked her how long she had been doing it and she stated 2 months which truly looked like 2 weeks. I told her one of my eyebrows looked like the movie signs when she got through. I felt like I was on the TV show PUNK"D . If you do have it done make sure the person knows what they are doing.
