i do my eyebrows all the time myself and i wouldnt go back to usiong the tweezers i am a licensed hairstylist and i know what i want so i wax myself.

I love waxing, I get it done every two weeks. Plucking is much more painful than waxing and takes way too much time.

Does tweezing work?? yes, but is it worth the pain? NO! lol. Waxing is a great alternative for eyebrow maintanence. It is less time consuming, and certainly less painful. I get mine waxed and as long as you keep up with timely waxing, you can look and feel your best. Just make sure you are absolutely sure about the style you want. b/c is takes quite some time to start over. The best way is to take a little off at a time. just to be sure.

Nicola -- That is a common misconception about hair removal. No, your brows will not grow back bushier, but if they are waxed improperly you may get some ingrown hairs or other hairs that come out at weird angles so it may seem like there is more more hair than there was before.
