I have semi-thick hair. On average, how much would it cost to remove hair on my abdomen, chest, and back. Give the average price for electrolysis and laser treatment. Also, which one of the two would be better? Thank You

Yes, it is possible to remove hair on areas that have been shaved for years for both men and women. The way the lasers work, they target the coarse, darker hair, not the "peach fuzz" soft, invisible hairs, so the skin will feel smooth and soft but not bare.

In the case of men, is it possible to permenantly have hair removed on areas, such as the upper lip, where they have been shaving(razor) for many years. Also post hair removal, does the surface appear like, one has never run a razor before?

Alex, I'd recomment that you visit a laser hair removal clinic for a consultation. Most clinics offer free consultations and you can let their professional judgement be the guide. What allows the treatments to work is the contrast between hair color and skin color, so very light skin and very dark hair is best, but they can work with a wide range of skin types and hair colors.

hi, i have trouble shaving my legs. after i shave, i get a lot of iritation and red bumps. its embarassing and i hate it especially during the summer. my hair is darker than my skin color. would i be a good candidate for laser hair removal?

Yes, as long as your hair isn't super fine, you could be a good candidate, but make sure you discuss it with the person who is going to do your laser treatment.
