what do i do with this mop ? i went short for about 3 years ,it was fun but my husband wants it long .It is at my shoulders and is so thick i have lots of hair gets greasy on top and dry bottom help ...thanks jen

my gfs hair is blonde and really short in the back and long hair on the top and she wants me to make it short for it can spike and i dont want to take off to much her hair is about maybe 9 inches long what do i do her back hair is about 3 inches long
