Thanks for sharing Mandy - there are many ways to make your hair scene!
-- Contributed by: Mayntzok see they key to ~scene~ hair isn't always teasing? my hair is considered ~scene~ and i rarely tease it. once in awhile. pigtails and a beret is the way to go hahaha. it's easy and quick. perfect for when you're running late in the morning and don't have alot of time to fix your hair.

-- Contributed by: MayntzI just got my new "scene" hair cut recently and I absolutely LOVE it! Its Dark Blode at the top with short razored Layers starting 3-4" at the crown.
Alot of people have problems getting their hair to poof. I tried watching the videos but it didnt work when I tried. But I found a really EASY way to make it work every time and its super FAST!!!
For Mid length and Long Hair only...
1- Pull your hair back into a low pony tail.
2- Turn your head upside down and let all of your shorter layers that you want to poof fall out and hang.
3- Hairspray! Hairspray! Hairspray!
4- (While Still Upsidedown) Grab your layers while there still wet from hairspray and start teasing it from every direction.
5- When you stand back up your hair will stick straight up. But Dont worry. Flatten Your hair down and shape with your hands.
6- Comb out the top of it very lightly so it doesnt look ratty.
7- Then just add a little more hairspray and some cute accesories and Your Done!!!
-- Contributed by: KcalamityI LOVE scene hair... but I can never get my hair to stay big and poofy... and if I DO get it to poof... its all ratty looking and I mean REALLY ratty... not a good ratty...Ive watched tutorials on how to do it and my hair never turns out like the girls on the vids... :(
-- Contributed by: XDi have scene hair, and i love it. one time, this kid looked at me and said "that is so scene." i ...ed myself laughing, but i don't know why. i've dyed my hair many a time, and i straighten it lots, but now it's kinda gone dead. so, tip for everyone: get your hair hot-oiled before dyeing, it helps.
-- Contributed by: :DI love scene hair..you can do anything you want and make it look like you let a four year old go at it with scissor and it's still perfect..that's the beauty of it no one can redo it and it's perfect to do yourself..right now mine's really chopping and black with red peek a boos, and im redying it tommorow and cutting it in a few hours..it's perfect=)
-- Contributed by: Sica.Silencei have my hair black with teal bangs and black horizontal stripes in my bangs :P gonna try to get it white with blonde tips now though.... i do everything myself, so well see how it goes :P
-- Contributed by: :)Destiny - That's the beauty of scene hair, it can be whatever you want it to be! Have fun with your look and enjoy it.
-- Contributed by: MayntzYou need to have more choppy hair, the messy look ur definition of scene hair is way to safe, scene is supposed to be reckless!
-- Contributed by: DestinyI like the teal scene style but it's not for me. I'm Asian too and don't want to ruin my glossy, black, locks.
-- Contributed by: Joannahhey no offence i want scene hair reli bad but some of these pictures scare me a lil bit but i like them a lot
