HI Linda, It is wonderful to hear about your work with MADD. We are not affiliated with SuperCuts, but you can visit the company's official website at www.supercuts.com to fill out a contact form, or visit the Regis Corporate site at www.regiscorp.com for more information.
-- Contributed by: Amy FinleyMy name is Linda. I am with MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). We are sending information and donations requests to SuperCut shops and we also need the National headquarters or Corporate office's address and a contact persons's name, as well as the same information for Regis, as it appears that SuperCuts is a subsidiary of Regis salons.
-- Contributed by: LindaJulia - Thank you for sharing your experience; unfortunately, every franchise of a salon chain is different, and it's great that you were observant enough to know that wasn't where you wanted to get your hair cut.
-- Contributed by: MayntzI went to the salon CA137 in Anaheim, California. The manager Veronica took two phone calls in between giving me a consult on color. She never apologized for the interruptions and was lost in the discussion upon returning to the discussion. I declined the color that day, and decided to get an only a cut. Suddenly another Asian stylist asks me if I was ready for a cut motioning me to a chair that had the dirty remains of someone elseâs hair all over the chair and station. I requested that he sweep first. When I sat down I saw his scissors full of the previous person's hair and asked if he cleaned his scissors. He said he does. He than put an apron full of the previous personâs hair on me, and looked ready to cut my hair. Gross! That was it and I told him forget it I did not fell comfortable. The manager Veronica would not give the regional of corporate number saying she was not permitted to release the owner information. This place is a disgraceful dump only looking to cut, chop and they do not care about the customer.
-- Contributed by: Julia C.My fiance gets his hair cut at Supercuts every time he needs a cut. He's been going to this local one for over three years; I've gone to them myself several times and we both really like them. Their staff is great, their cuts are cute/handsome, and the price is right - especially when you're in college!
-- Contributed by: Cindyi completely agree with what everyone is saying. I don't think that supercuts or any other salon has anything to do with you wanting to change someones life by donating hair, but if you are going to avertise in being a participant for such a great organization, you should do you part and actually participate, not just pretend like you do to make a few bucks extra here and there from honest caring people!
-- Contributed by: Fallon W.I got the worst haircut of my life at supercuts. Never going there again, ever.
-- Contributed by: Elena B.After talking with a friend online, who recently donated her hair to Locks of Love through Supercuts, in PA. I decided to contact Supercuts in Brooklyn, NY, but was told that they do participate, although I would have to pay for my haircut and mail the hair out to Locks of Love myself. I don't know about you, but I don't call that participating. As a chain store, you would think that ALL stores would be working together and participate in Locks of Love. Guess it's not so.
-- Contributed by: Linda K.Thanks for your information about Supercuts and Locks of Love -- I removed the part about them participating based on your experience. I hope you can find another salon to help you donate.
-- Contributed by: Ann M.Supercuts should not advertise as participating in Locks of Love. I HAVE CALLED SIX LOCATIONS in our area NONE participate and 4 didn't even know what I was talking about.
